A PTQ debut at age thirteen followed by years of paying his dues at every level on the way up the competitive ladder led Kassis to the pinnacle of competitive Magic. He finished first in the 2020-21 Rivals League regular season to battle it out at Magic World Championship XXVII and join the 2021-22 MPL to continue his path to the top.
