Arena Championship 9 is almost here! There, 37 of MTG Arena's top players will face off for a $250,000 prize pool, invitations to the Pro Tour, and beyond! You won't want to miss a second of it. Follow along on August 9–10 and be among the first to see who wins.
What Are the Formats?
Arena Championship 9 will feature the Standard format. Day One of the event will feature the Standard Constructed format and will include seven rounds of a modified version of Swiss. That is, players will play rounds of Swiss until they receive either four wins or four losses, so up to seven total rounds.
Day Two of the event will feature some number of Top 16 qualification matches depending on how many players reach four wins on Day One, followed by a single-elimination Top 16.
What Can Players Win?
Arena Championship 9 features a $250,000 prize pool. Here's how it breaks down:

In addition to the cash prizes, the Top 16 Players of Arena Championship 9 will be invited to Pro Tour Edge of Eternities at MagicCon: Atlanta. The finalists of Arena Championship 9 will also be invited to the Magic World Championship 31, taking place later this year.
