Fans of large, open-field Limited tournaments with six-figure prize pools should start preparing—something grand is coming your way at MagicCon: Las Vegas on September 22–24, 2023.
The Las Vegas $100,000 Limited Open is a new, massive competitive event with a prize pool of, yes, $100,000, as well as (at least) eight invites to the first Pro Tour of 2024. First prize walks away with a cool $20,000, the Pro Tour invite, and some serious bragging rights.
This multi-day event will feature eight rounds of Wilds of Eldraine Sealed on Day 1, two three-round Wilds of Eldraine drafts on Day 2, and a wild, single-elimination Wilds of Eldraine draft in the Top 8 on Sunday.
The tournament will have a limit of 2,000 players, and all players who finish with 36 match points or higher will earn a Pro Tour invite. Prizes will be awarded down to 128th place (see the prize breakdown below).
All participants must have badges for MagicCon: Las Vegas Friday and Saturday (Top 8 competitors will be given a Sunday badge if they do not already have one) and pay the entry fee of $160 for the event. There are only 2,000 slots available, so make sure you sign up as soon as you purchase your badge!

Entry Fee: $160 (Participants must also have Friday–Saturday MagicCon: Las Vegas badges.)

Formats
Day 1 (Friday, September 22) – Wilds of Eldraine Sealed Deck
- Eight Rounds of Swiss.
- Players with 18 or more match points advance to Day 2.
Day 2 (Saturday, September 23) – Wilds of Eldraine Draft
- Two three-round Wilds of Eldraine drafts. Top 8 players advance to a final draft on Sunday.
- All players with 36 match points, a match record of 12–2 or better, or a Top 8 finish, whichever is greater, qualify for the Pro Tour.
Day 3 Top 8 (Sunday, September 24) – Wilds of Eldraine Single-Elimination Booster Draft
