As we move through 2024 season, we're excited to continue providing competitive play opportunities around the world. Through our Regional Championship partnerships, players can qualify for events from their local game store that lead all the way to the Pro Tour and Magic World Championship.

For many locations in 2024-25, Regional Championships continue with our existing partners. However, Regional Championship in the United States, EMEA, and Mexico will transition to new partners, beginning with Regional Championship Qualifiers taking place mid-2024.

Here are details by region so players can anticipate which organizers will be supporting which Regional Championship events in 2024.

United States Regional Championships

Star City Games will assume the Regional Championship partnership from DreamHack, beginning with the final Regional Championship of 2024. Prior to this, the schedule for Regional Championship Qualifiers and Regional Championships are as follows:

• February 9–11, 2024: Regional Championship Denver, presented by Laughing Dragon in association with DreamHack.
• May 31-June 2: Third Regional Championship of 2024, presented by DreamHack.
  • Regional Championship Qualifiers take place now through March 24, 2024.
• October 4–6, 2024: Regional Championship Washington, D.C., presented by StarCityGames at SCG CON.
  • Regional Championship Qualifiers take place April 13 through July 28, 2024.

EMEA Regional Championships

Tournament Center will assume the Regional Championship partnership from Legacy, beginning with the final Regional Championship of 2024.

• May 25-26, 2024: Third Regional Championship of 2024, presented by Legacy. This Regional Championship will take place between May 4 and June 2, 2024.
  • Regional Championship Qualifiers take place now through March 24, 2024.
• TBD 2024: Final Regional Championship of 2024, presented by Tournament Center. This Regional Championship will take place between September 29 and November 16, 2024.
  • Regional Championship Qualifiers take place April 13 through July 28, 2024.

Mexico, Central America, and Carribean Regional Championships

Necrotower will assume the Premier Play partnership from Yellow Rabbit, beginning with the final Regional Championship of 2024.

• March 1-3, 2024: Second Regional Championship of 2024, presented by Yellow Rabbit.
• June 1-2, 2024: Third Regional Championship of 2024, presented by Yellow Rabbit.
  • Regional Championship Qualifiers take place now through March 24, 2024.
• TBD 2024: Final Regional Championship of 2024, presented by Necrotower. This Regional Championship will take place between September 29 and November 16, 2024.
  • Regional Championship Qualifiers take place April 13 through July 28, 2024.
